Shipping Information
We dispatch orders from the UK. Please allow the following timeframes for delivery after your order has been placed:
- Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 working days
- Express UK Delivery: 1–2 working days (where available)
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
- Items damaged due to incorrect installation are not eligible for return
How to Return an Item

- We will provide return instructions and a return address
- Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5 working days
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
